Job Description:
Metrics Mint is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and deploying new features and enhancements to our existing Salesforce system.
Job Responsibility: As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing solutions using the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with our team of business consultants to understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Additionally, you will work closely with project managers to plan and prioritize tasks and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform according to business requirements
- Collaborate with the team of business consultants to design efficient and scalable solutions
- Create technical documentation including solution designs, test plans, and user guides
- Perform code reviews to ensure best practices are followed
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution
- Keep up-to-date with new features/releases on the Salesforce platform
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Strong knowledge of Apex programming language
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) development
- Proficient in HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Familiarity with Agile development methodology,Excellent problem-solving skills
