Job Description:
Metrics Mint is seeking an experienced Sr. Business Systems Analyst to join our growing team. As a leader in the business analytics and visualisation industry, we are looking for someone who is highly skilled in understanding and analyzing complex business processes and systems, with a keen eye for detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Job Responsibility: As a Sr. Business Systems Analyst you will be responsible for analytics to gather, analyze and interpret data from various sources to provide insightful recommendations and strategies for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and use your expertise in analytics to develop customized solutions that meet their specific requirements.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Analyze existing systems and identify areas for improvement or automation
- Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain new systems or enhancements to existing ones
- Conduct data analysis using tools such as SQL queries and reporting software
- Develop user manuals, training materials, and conduct training sessions for end-users
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to bridge communication gaps
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Business Systems Analyst in the consulting or technology industry
- Must have strong knowledge of supply chain, sales and finance domains
- Proven experience working on largescale projects involving complex systems integration
- Skilled at conducting data analysis using SQL queries
