Job Responsibility: As the Manager - Business Analytics, you will be responsible for leading a team of analysts to gather, analyze and interpret data from various sources to provide insightful recommendations and strategies for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and use your expertise in analytics to develop customized solutions that meet their specific requirements.
- Lead a team of analysts through project planning, execution and delivery phases
- Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and provide insights using data analysis
- Use advanced statistical techniques and data mining methods to analyze large complex datasets
- Interpret the results of data analysis into meaningful insights that can drive business growth
- Develop customized reports and dashboards using visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Stay updated with industry trends and new developments in the field of business analytics
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or related field OR MBA in Operations
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business analytics
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing teams of medium size
